Service Description

The initial consultation will focus on your complete medical history, chief complaints, and your personal health and wellness goals. The first-follow up is complimentary and includes a plan consisting of but not limited to dietary changes, lifestyle changes, exercise programs and supplementation to assist you in reaching your goals. *Please note that any necessary additional costs are not included in the consultation price and will be agreed upon by both doctor and patient
